How a game goes

  1. Play puts the gauge, empty, on the overlay, during any game or while just chatting.
  2. Every viewer's message raises it; one viewer counts once every 3 seconds, so it is the number of viewers that matters, not spam.
  3. It drains by itself at the speed you choose; each level reached shows on the overlay with a sound.
  4. You can boost or empty it from the dashboard; Stop takes it off, nothing is kept.

On the viewers' side

Viewers take part by writing in chat, any message. Everything happens on the overlay in OBS: no extension to install, nothing to authorise.

Settings you can change

  • Viewers to fill it — 10 to 500: how many different viewers, one message each, fill an empty gauge.
  • Time to drain (seconds) — 10 to 600: a full gauge empties in this time when chat goes quiet.
  • Level 1 name — 30 characters at most. Empty: "Warming up".
  • Level 2 name — Empty: "On fire".
  • Level 3 name (full) — Empty: "HYPE MAX".
