Message wall

Chat shout-outs on screen, safely: every message waits for your go-ahead before it appears on the overlay. Great for a birthday, the end of a stream or first-time viewers. Messages last only for the stream.

How a game goes

  1. Play opens the wall: chat sends a message with !wall then the text (200 characters at most).
  2. Messages wait in your dashboard, oldest first; one waiting message per viewer.
  3. You approve (A) or reject (R); approved messages appear on the overlay, newest on top.
  4. You take a message down or clear the wall whenever you like; Stop wipes everything.

On the viewers' side

Viewers take part by typing !wall then their message in chat. Everything happens on the overlay in OBS: no extension to install, nothing to authorise.

Settings you can change

  • Messages on screen — 1 to 8. The newest approved ones.
