Guessing game

Whose song is it?

A music guessing game: 2 to 12 players send their songs in secret from their phones, you play them one by one, and chat guesses who added each one. The hub plays no music: you play the tracks.

How a game goes

  1. You start the game: the overlay shows a link and a code; the first players open it on their phone, pick a name and send their songs (a title, a link, or both).
  2. You see every song before starting and take out what does not fit; nothing shows on stream before.
  3. Each song comes at random: you play it, chat types the number or name of the player who added it.
  4. Viewers who find it score, more when quick; the player scores for every viewer they fooled. The game counts in the viewers' season.

On the viewers' side

Viewers take part by typing the player's number or name. Everything happens on the overlay in OBS: no extension to install, nothing to authorise.

  • Players at most — 2 to 12: the first to open the link take the seats.
  • Songs per player — 1 to 5.
  • Time to guess (seconds) — 10 to 120: time to play a bit of the song.
  • Move on automatically — The next song comes 8 seconds after the answer. Otherwise, click Next song.
